To apply for new service with Knox Chapman Utility District you will need to visit their office on John Sevier Hwy. with the following information:
1. If you are renting, a rent receipt or lease agreement is required. If you are the homeowner, bring in copies of your closing papers. All documents should reference the same individual signing up for service.
2. Driver’s license for identification purposes.
There will be a connection fee for starting service.
