To register as a participant in the car show, please fill out the form below.  Registration if $25. 
You may register on the website using a credit/debit card.  If you would like to pay cash, there is also an option for cash payment. 
Cash registrations may be dropped off @ US Cellular Seymour, 10922 Chapman Hwy.
